Because people seems like to search for hosting sites. I have them here.

freewebs
With the easy builder, you can upload flashes. Personally, this works the best.

Imageshack
I dont suggest this one. But very usefull for very small flashes.

GooglePages
Free, and good. If you have a Gmail account you're ready to go. PM’ed by RandomProductions

Note:You can also Private Message shanep, he can give you a host on his server

Fsphost crew has stopped making and maintaining FSPhost. So, if you liked it,
i'm feeling sorry that you need to find a alternative way.

They offer 5GB of space 300GB of Bandwidth and they offer PHP

i personally prefer http://www.110mb.com over anyone else (especially freewebs, which has good templates but is horrible if you want to make your own code)

Here is a tip: If they provide you free everything, they're horrible.

I personally like to do it by hand. 110mb is the best for that!

I can't stand 110mb. I use x10hosting instead. I do it by hand, and they aren't as "cluttered" as 110mb. http://www.x10hosting.com
